Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Finn market intelligence service operated by Finn Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“Finn”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms in full.

Finn provides a subscription-based market intelligence service delivering real-time alerts about financial market events via Telegram. Coverage includes equities, foreign exchange (FX), fixed income, commodities, cryptocurrency, and macroeconomic events.

Alerts are typically delivered within 30–90 seconds of a market event. Delivery speed may vary due to third-party service performance, including Telegram’s infrastructure. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free delivery.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using Finn, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Revolut.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal.
• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused periods following cancellation, except as required by law.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell Finn alerts or intelligence to third parties without written permission.
• Use the service to engage in market manipulation or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Finn platform or underlying systems.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription tiers.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All content, analysis, and data provided through Finn is owned by or licensed to Finn Intelligence Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to receive and use alerts solely for your own personal or professional decision-making. No other rights are granted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES OR FINANCIAL HARM arising from your use of or reliance on Finn alerts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Alert delivery via Telegram depends on your Telegram account being active and the Finn bot not being blocked. We are not responsible for Telegram’s availability, delays, or changes to Telegram’s platform or policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
